I offer clinical supervision and professional consultation for therapists. Clinical Supervision for LMSWs in Maryland

 

I provide board-approved clinical supervision for Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) earning their LCSW or LCSW-C in Maryland.

​

Supervision is designed to develop clinical skills and professional development. Together, we focus on case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, and building your confidence as a clinician.

Clinical supervision includes:

• Case consultation and treatment planning

• Ethical and professional standards of practice

• Preparation for independent licensure

• Support navigating complex or high-acuity cases

Professional Consultation for Therapists

Consultation services are available to therapists of all disciplines in:

• Maryland

• Virginia

• Washington, DC

Consultation services provide the following benefits:

• Seeking support with complex or trauma-related cases

• Integrating EMDR or trauma-focused interventions

Individual Supervision and Consultation Fees

Cost per session:

• $125 per hour

 

Individual supervision and consultation sessions are typically one hour, but can be shorter or longer based on your needs. You can schedule them regularly or whenever you feel it's needed.

Group Supervision and Consultation

Group supervision and consultation provide a great opportunity to collaborate with other clinicians. You can benefit from others' perspectives, support from peers, and combined clinical knowledge. Also, it's a chance to build professional connections.

​​Group Supervision Fees

• $75 per hour

• Plus $25 per person per hour​

 

Group sizes and composition are made with fostering active participation and supportive learning in mind.

Clinical Group Supervision Requirements (Maryland LMSWs)

 

For LMSWs pursuing licensure in Maryland:

• You can apply up to 50 hours of group supervision toward the required 100 hours of clinical supervision.

 

Group supervision hours are documented in accordance with board requirements. Eligibility requirements are reviewed to ensure compliance.
