Clinical Supervision for LMSWs in Maryland

 

I provide board-approved clinical supervision for Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) who are working toward earning their LCSW or LCSW-C in Maryland.

Supervision is structured to support both clinical skill development and professional identity formation. Together, we focus on case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, clinical confidence, and sustainable practice habits.

Consultation is appropriate for licensed clinicians seeking additional support outside of formal supervision requirements. This may include clinicians looking to refine their clinical approach, consult on challenging cases, or receive support as they grow and evolve in their work.

Individual Supervision and Consultation Fees

Cost per session:

• $125 per hour

 

Individual supervision and consultation sessions are typically scheduled for one hour and can be arranged on a regular or as-needed basis, depending on your goals and licensure requirements.

Group Supervision and Consultation

Group supervision and consultation offer a collaborative learning environment where clinicians can benefit from shared perspectives, peer support, and collective clinical wisdom.

Group settings can be especially valuable for normalizing clinical challenges, expanding conceptual understanding, and strengthening professional connections.

Group Supervision Fees

• $75 per hour

• Plus $25 per person per hour​

 

Group size and structure are determined to ensure meaningful participation and a supportive learning environment.

Clinical Group Supervision Requirements (Maryland LMSWs)

 

For LMSWs pursuing licensure in Maryland:

• Up to 50 hours of group supervision may be applied toward the required 100 hours of clinical supervision.

 

Group supervision hours are documented in accordance with board requirements, and eligibility is reviewed collaboratively to ensure compliance.
